Centered around a 5-ton brewhouse system, the whole line is equipped with a cluster of fermentation tanks in varied sizes: 5-ton, 10-ton and 20-ton stainless steel fermenters. This flexible layout supports separate fermentation for multiple batches and diverse beer styles. Our professional engineering team has arrived on-site in Russia to supervise equipment positioning, pipeline connection and system commissioning. Supported by a chilled water unit and complete PLC automatic control system, the line delivers precise temperature control and proven stable technology for consistent large-scale craft beer production.
