Work Principle
Grape stem press adopts the principle of screw feed, blade on the rotating shaft, drum crushing, screw pump conveying. First, the grapes are transported at constant speed through the spiral feed hopper to the stem separation cylinder. The grape stems are then cut by the blades on the rotating drum shaft and thrown out of the exit hopper. (The exhaust blades are arranged in a spiral shape and rotate in the same direction at high speed.) After drying, the grapes fall through the round holes of the screen into the crushing device below. Next, the grapes are crushed by a rotating squeeze of two crushing rollers in the juice container. Finally, the grape pulp is transported by a moving screw pump for further processing.
