A Multi-Circuit CIP System is one system with multiple circuits and shared tanks. This design allows the system to clean multiple processes, the same as multiple single circuit CIP systems would, while providing significant space and cost savings-and cutting cleaning time by 50% for dual circuits systems.
Description
It is made entirely of 304 stainless steel.
It consists of three containers containing acid tank, alkali tank and hot water tank water.
The tanks are also insulated vertical cylinders.
The tank consists of automatic valves, pumps, heating systems and piping equipment.
The cleaning process is automatically completed by parameters such as time, temperature, flow rate and concentration.
Can provide 500lt, 1000lt, 2000lt, 3000lt capacity.
How Does the CIP Cleaning System Work?
The cip system starts by rapidly cleaning the residual material left in the pipeline with flush water for the next use of the pipeline. The water from the first flush is no longer used at the next flush and is discharged from the production line as a contaminant. After the operation is complete, the highly efficient cleaning solution is delivered to the pipe and storage tank, and the line is thoroughly cleaned to prevent microbial contamination. After the solution has completely cleaned the line,
it is recycled into the solution tank for reuse. In this way the preservation of the solution is provided. Finally, clean rinse water is fed into the pipe. The purpose of this operation is to remove the cleaning solution used in previous operations from the pipes and storage tanks.The flush water is stored for use in the next flush. If necessary, heat the cleaning water and cleaning solution.
