Brewhouse System: add water to the saccharification equipment, add the appropriate amount according to the size of the equipment, put the crushed malt into the equipment and mix with water for automatic stirring, soaking and saccharification. After saccharification, the mash is pumped into the filter tank or filter press for filtration. The filter tank has a sieve plate to filter the wort. The clear wort is poured into the boiling pot, and the lees remain in the filter tank. After washing the spent grains, the spent grains can be used as high-quality feed, and the wort obtained from washing the spent grains is refluxed into a boiling pot to add hops. The wort is boiled into the whirling sedimentation tank, or self-circulated in the boiling whirlpool; the hop lees and the hot condensate are separated for whirling precipitation.


Wort Cooling
After boiling, the hot wort is quickly cooled in a heat exchanger by the chilled glycol solution to halt enzymatic reactions and prepare it for fermentation.
Draft Beer Dispensing
The system also cools beer lines to ensure that draft beer remains at the correct temperature from the tank to the point of service, preventing warming.


Fermentation Temperature Control
The glycol solution is circulated through the outer jackets of fermentation vessels to remove heat generated by yeast activity, keeping the beer at the specific temperature required for different yeast strains and desired flavor profiles.
Beer Storage & Conditioning
Once fermentation is complete, the glycol system maintains the cold temperatures in bright tanks and storage vessels, ensuring the beer remains in optimal condition for storage and maturation.
