Production equipment
Main procuducts of the company includes beer brewing equipment, fruit wine equipment, winery equipment, distillation equipment etc.
Customized solutions
Shandong Dehui Fermentation Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, specializing in the production of complete equipment solutions for beer, wine, coffee, and other fermentation industries.
Our certificates
The company has passed CE, PED certification, pressure vessel equipment certification and obtained more than 30 patent certification.
Sales Market
We Products are exported to Europe, the United States, Asia and other countries and regions.
Enhanced Aroma
It efficiently extracts aromatic hop compounds into the cold beer, creating a more intense and nuanced hop character.
01
Improved Efficiency
Brewers can achieve strong hop flavors with fewer hops and in less time compared to traditional dry hopping methods.
02
Oxygen Control
The closed-circuit system with CO2 purging minimizes dissolved oxygen (DO) pickup, which can degrade beer flavor and quality.
03
Safety
It provides a safer working environment for brewers by containing hop materials and reducing dust.
04
Versatility
Hop guns can be used in fermenters or brite tanks after primary fermentation, allowing for flexibility in the beer production process.

Preparation: The brewery purges the hop gun with CO2 and pressurizes it to match the pressure in the main beer tank.
Adding Hops: Hops are placed inside the hop gun, often within a stainless wedge filter.
Recirculation: Beer is pumped from the tank into the hop gun, creating a turbulent flow that helps dissolve hop compounds.
Filtration: The internal filter traps the solid hop matter, allowing only the finely dissolved particles to pass back into the beer tank.
Extraction: This recirculating process continues for a set period or until sensory testing indicates the desired aroma level is reached.
Completion: The beer is then pushed back to the tank with CO2, completing the dry hopping process in a closed environment to preserve the beer's quality.
Stainless Steel Tank: The main body of the Hop Gun, usually made from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, designed to hold hops and beer.
Filter Cartridge/Candle: A specialized filter within the tank to separate the hop particles from the beer, allowing only the flavored liquid to pass through.
CO2 Inflatable Head: A connection point for carbon dioxide, used to purge air from the system, create pressure, and propel the beer through the Hop Gun.
Beer Inlet & Outlet: Ports that allow beer to flow into the Hop Gun for the dry hopping process and to exit into the fermentation vessel.
Pressure Gauge
A component to monitor the internal pressure of the Hop Gun, ensuring it's within safe and optimal operating parameters.
Pressure Relief Valve
A safety device that automatically releases excess pressure to prevent damage to the unit.
Sight Glass
Transparent windows that allow brewers to visually monitor the process inside the Hop Gun without opening it.
Working Process
1. Open the top cover (remove the bolt)
2. Pour the granular hops into the tank (usually the maximum amount of addition is 50% of the total amount), then cover the lid and tighten the bolts
3. Connect the hop gun and diaphragm pump to the system
4. Drain the air from the hop container
By opening the top safety valve to allow the beer to flow into. As the beer enters, the air is slowly pushed out. When the beer can is full, close the top safety valve
5. If the pressure in the container is low, add CO2 to increase the pressure in the container
6. Then open the valve on the beer recirculation line. Turn on the diaphragm pump for 2-6 hours (depending on the actual brewing process) to circulate the beer between the keg and the fermenter
7. When the recycling is completed, empty the beer from the beer gun container. Adding CO2 will help empty the beer
8. Finally, close all valves. Connect CIP system to clean and disinfect jump gun containers and related pipes.
