2) Grist hydrator placed on the top of mash tun, which can be used for pre-mashing, and remove dust.
Wort collect rings under the bottom of filter, which has 4 wort outlets. So the wort can flow through by multi routes rather
than single route, it is good for speeding up filtering progress.
Anti-Rinser under the bottom of filter as well, which was designed 4 spray nozzles. It can be used for cleaning false
bottom and loosen grain bed during lautering.
