Key Components & Function:

Screw Compressor: The heart of the system, known for its reliability, efficiency in large capacities, and smooth operation under partial loads.

Finned Tube Condenser: Acts as the heat rejection component. Ambient air is drawn over the finned coils by one or multiple fans, efficiently dissipating heat from the refrigerant.

Evaporator: The component where the actual cooling takes place; it absorbs heat from the process water or glycol solution, chilling it to the required temperature.

Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV): Precisely meters the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator, optimizing system efficiency and capacity.
